Data Requests & Revocation
You may ask Simplee to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, disconnect a social account, or explain the data used for a specific media or messaging action.
Submit a request
Email hello@simplee.app from the address associated with your account. Use the subject “Privacy Request” and identify the request type, affected Simplee workspace, and connected provider. Do not send passwords, client secrets, access tokens, one-time codes, or copies of unnecessary identity documents.
Simplee may ask for limited additional information to verify that the requester controls the account. We respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any permitted exception.
Available choices
- Access: receive a description of the personal information and connected-platform records associated with your verified account.
- Correction: correct inaccurate account or preference information controlled by Simplee.
- Export: request a portable copy of eligible Simplee-held data.
- Deletion: delete eligible account, media, credential, and platform data controlled by Simplee.
- Disconnect: stop Simplee from making new requests to a selected provider account.
- Revoke: invalidate the provider authorization through Simplee or the provider’s own account controls.
Provider-side controls
You may also revoke Simplee directly from the connected provider’s authorized-app settings. Provider-side revocation can take effect before a Simplee request is processed, so use it when immediate credential invalidation is important. After revocation, contact Simplee if you also want eligible stored account data deleted.
What deletion or revocation does not do
- It does not automatically delete a post already completed on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or another provider; use that provider’s controls as well.
- It does not erase records Simplee must retain for security, fraud prevention, disputes, legal obligations, or proof of an authorized action.
- It does not erase the minimum suppression record needed to keep honoring an SMS STOP.
- It does not authorize Simplee to reconnect an account. A new OAuth authorization is required.
Request safety
This public page does not contain a deletion button because an unauthenticated request must not be able to alter another person’s account. The operational data-request workflow verifies the requester, records the decision, and reports what was completed or retained.
